Jack is energetic and loving, a bit mischievous, shy at first in front of the camera, but then a big ham wanting to keep up with the other kids!
When you see him now, you would never guess he spent nine months in a back cast at the tender age of one. As he approached his second birthday, he transitioned to a brace. Challenging at the time, but completely successful -- a non-surgical treatment to infantile idiopathic scoliosis.
Today, Jack follows up with pediatric orthopedics specialist Dr. Brian Hasley every six months. He’s doing great and is quick to point out that Dr. Hasley fixed his back!
The Children’s pediatric Orthopedics program is uniquely qualified to care for all children, infants through teens, diagnosed with a range of medical conditions.
